Parents and teachers can access the page with its own URL. Information is limited; this is not a substitute for a personal web site. It is, however, a good alternative. The service is free. Banner advertising does appear on the pages.
  • Blackboard.com - an online education company transforming the internet into a dynamic web-based teaching and learning environment. This is a great idea, but a browsing of several of the "offerings" reveals that this site appears to be poorly moderated.
